I know there are lot of posts out there telling you to do this. But most of them don’t work.
Here is the missing link. Press the POWER button + Vol Down button + Enter Key and then soft reset your phone with your stylus. I know, it is difficult to press all these keys togethere, but you will figure it out in a few seconds.
Good luck ! I saw some guy asking a question somewhere “Now why would I want to hard reset my phone”. If you don’t know why you shouldn’t be reading this post anyway

my Touch Screen – suddenly stoped working —
No longer responding to touch .. ..Keyboard Sucks as has no Windows key to access start-menue with yet Worst of all is once i was able to get around ( using my instaled SPB menue program ..prior installed)
I was able to get to certain cabs yet the &#(* thing requires me to TOUCH the “install . or Yes” on the screen — aaaaahhhhhh .. owned since dec-08 — returning for manf.warranty.. omg — i should have just bought an Iphone..
Thanks! I posted about this on my blog as well and provided a link to your post. This helps me remember the steps needed as I don’t often find myself having to reset my HTC Touch Pro so it’s easy to forget the steps.
Thanks for providing accurate information that actually works. I’ve run across several posts on the web going from: “You can’t hard reset sprint HTC Touch Pro devices” to flat out providing steps that simply don’t work.

I bought the HTC Flo 3D, but I really don’t know how to hard reset? Can anybody tell me? because my phone don’t have the “enter”buttoms. Thank you so much!!!
the button in the center the round one is the enter button
so i did the hard reset an then a screen that comes up says security unblocked an then the screen is divided horizontally 4 even parts each with different colors…red green blue and grey. do i just let it sit or did i do somethin wrong?
